Welcome to Let’s Talk Health & Wellness

Specializing in counseling for first responders and those with diabetes.

Offering convenient online therapy sessions from anywhere across New Jersey and Pennsylvania

Are you a first responder, struggling with the unique stressors of your profession? Or perhaps a family member trying to support one?

Maybe you’re navigating the emotional and physical complexities of diabetes, or you’re a parent caring for a child who is.

As a therapist, certified health coach, and veteran first responder living with type 1 diabetes, I understand these challenges from the inside out.

My online mental health services give you a space to process your experiences and develop coping mechanisms. Together, we can work toward feeling more balanced and motivated.

I offer individual therapy for first responders suffering from anxiety, depression, or trauma connected to the work you do. I also support the strain this work can place on relationships and families. And I provide specialized diabetes counseling for the emotional and practical sides of a health journey, whether for your or a loved one.

Through online therapy, we'll work together to help you build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

It all starts with a conversation.

A Conversation With Troy

Troy sat down Anna Ryan of The Overrun Podcast.

They discuss what post-traumatic stress is; how you recognize it, and they get into the basics of therapy and why it can be a real help.
